Sagemcom consumer products were transferred to the X-GEM company

The previously called Sagemcom Documents which was a branch of Sagemcom, did sell its Retail business to X-TREMENTERPRISE on August 1, 2015.

The new company X-GEM SAS is plainly substituted for Sagemcom Documents SAS in all rights, obligations and liabilities relating to the transferred Retail business, including all agreements, purchase orders, general trade and logistic conditions concerning the same.
